How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 AUD on all orders within Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each cushion cover is hand-sewn in the USA and then hand-painted in Australia, making your item completely unique.
Please allow 5 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be completed and delivered.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every cushion cover is individually cut, sewn, and painted by hand, with close attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Do you sell cushion inserts?

No. We currently offer cushion covers only to allow for easier shipping and flexibility with insert selection.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We will, however, replace or offer store credit for any item that is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, please email harrietcuming@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product, including a description and photos of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Wallumatta Designs currently ships within Australia only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your order before finalising your purchase.
