At Wallumatta Designs, each cushion cover is a one-of-a-kind creation. All products are hand-sewn in the USA and hand-painted in Australia, crafted with care and intention.
Made-to-Order Policy
All items are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
Please ensure all product details, including size and design, are carefully reviewed before placing your order.
Returns for Faulty or Defective Items
We only accept returns in the unlikely event that:
The item is faulty
The item is of clearly poor quality
You receive the wrong product
If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at harrietcuming@hotmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Delivery Timeframe
Each product is custom made. Please allow 5 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be completed and delivered.
